They are WONDERFUL, Cody was prompt and efficient. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Used our warranty to get 2 outlets fixed and they came made things worse they took out 80% of main floor outlets. Called Fowler let them know I had a 72 year old mother who suffered a stroke and heartache was crying because there was NO power. They would try to get someone out there as soon as they could, within the hour Cody was at the house (got lucky because he was in the area). He fixed everything within 30 minutes, was pleasant with my mom and reassured her everything was repaired. AWSOME customer service.

I have had an amazing experience with Fowler Electric. They are on time, professional, easy to work with and Cody is amazing. He know his stuff and he make everything look super easy. Flawless work, if you want the quality I would highly recommend Fowler Electric. Cody is the reason I will continue to use Fowler Electric.

When a company doesn't show up for an appointment they get 0 stars.

My appointment was for Wednesday August 4th between 1 and 2pm. I made the appointment by phone.

So yes, your techs did miss an appointment. A $2500-$3500 job. I have an email from your company confirming the appointment.

It was an estimate for a new electric panel on my house. If you don't show up for that...how can I trust you to do the job?

OUTSTANDING COMPANY. Swift customer service. I had the lighting installed w/ in less than a week following the consultation. Brandon was my technician. He installed 8 ceiling light in 3 bedroom closets and the pantry. Superb skill set and professionalism! Will be recommending this company to all that require home electrical work.

A nice super-professional young man, Cody, put new batteries in the two smoke detectors that are installed on my vaulted ceilings. (An 8 foot ladder is required and mine is only 6'.) Seamless and hassle-free transaction. I know it was a little job but it was important to me (the chirping started late last night.) Cody was super!! Make him employee of the year!! Thanks for helping me out.

Fowler electric is very responsive. We needed an outlet to be re-located. The electrician came to our house about 30 minutes before our appointment which was cool. His work was great, he definitely knew what he was doing, and did the work quickly and efficiently. He even cleaned up his mess which I appreciated. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is that he walked in our house without a mask. It kind of surprised me that he did. No courtesy question about masks, etc. We've had other companies come to our house which we are remolding and each representative came to the door wearing a mask. I was wearing one so I figured I'm OK. But it certainly caught me off guard. In hindsight I should have been more assertive and asked him to wear a mask but I just kept my distance and let him do his work. Obviously I don't like confrontation. I'm a doormat =(. When the work was done, he asked me what I thought of the whole pandemic. I told him that I was surprised that he wasn't wearing a mask. He said something like "I lived in LA for many years. If the smog didn't kill me then this virus won't" (meanwhile CA is a hotspot for the virus with rising death cases daily, so there goes his smog theory LOL). So I'm sure in his mind that the virus isn't much to worry about for himself. He also told me that his company gives HIM the choice to wear a mask and he will put one on if a client asks him to do so. Whether or not this statement is true (I hope it isn't) I feel it is Fowler Electric's responsibility to require masks for all employees when entering a home or business out of respect. They should not give their employees a choice in the matter, it should be the client's choice.

We had an emergency electrical issue that left our home without power mid July In 110+ degree weather. We called Fowler they sent out Cody Ricley. He was out within a couple of hours, fixed the problem promptly and efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend this company for all your electrical needs!
